Yucatan Progresso Mexico

Our first port of call was Yucatan Progresso.

We got on a bus and went about 30 minutes out to some Mayan Ruins.

It was a very interesting and education tour.

There are many Mayan ruins on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.
This is the name of where we went.  Can you say it?  Nope I can't either ;)

Our tour guide. Alejandro, talking to Tater Jack.

Climbing to the top!

Mr. Pake at the top!

The Temple of the Seven Dolls

We got our exercise!

At the top!

Then, the boys cooled off in this cenote or natural spring.

Mr Pake jumping in!

Can you believe how beautiful and clear the water is?

Another view of the whole cenote.

Then our guide took us to a beach!  The boys tried out the kayaks.

You just can't beat hanging out on a sandy beach!

Tate was brave and held the iguana!

I was brave and tried out the fresh coconut juice.

We saw a baby jarguarundi.

The shopping was great!

I just love all of the bright colors!

Then it was time to get back on the boat and sail on!
