The Ranch in January

We enjoyed some nice days at the ranch in January!
Well truth be told Pake put a hog trap out there and we had to go check on it....
no hog yet but we haven't given up hope!
This is the toilet bowl.... yes there's literally a hole in the rock like a toilet seat.
Yes, Bray and Tate think they're super funny!

See those feet... Yikes!  I think that's Karson.

Pake's picture... I had to stay back because it got alittle rough for me!

Someone flip this picture for me... thanks

The Tater Jack and I on top... I'm not sure I'll ever climb up there again.... it scares me!

Pake, Tater and Hunter

Hunter headed up the crack... this is the scary part!

But it's not scary to Tate!

The crack doesn't phase Karson or Pake either!

Tater and Bray at the top... you can see MacKenzie damn in the background.... oh and our pickup!

On this fine day, Kerry Don and I didn't attempt the crack, but of course the boys did!

The ranch really is beautiful!  Hopefully all this moisture we're getting is going to make it green,
and that will just make us happy, happy, happy!

King George

Finally after 38 years of living I went to a George Strait concert....  I know it's such a huge deal ;)  Well to some people it really is, and to me it was LARGE.  It was a awesome.  I was not disappointed.

Six of my besties all loaded up and headed to the big OKC.  Did I mention it was LARGE!

Judy Bug and I

We went to Toby Keith's and the calf fries were great!

We had a great dinner of just appetizers!

Then, we saw Martina... she has a beautiful voice!

But then we saw George, the KING of Country!!!!
He's the guy in the white shirt walking on stage.

It was pretty cool... sorta gave me chill bumps!

Then, he sang "Amarillo by Morning" and the whole crowd went absolutely wild!

And he finished up with "The Cowboy Rides Away!"

He talked alot... about the ranch, and Bubba, the the guys that wrote his songs, and his life, and his fans and how much he'd miss us all!  Then, we cried.... literally we cried!  It was from the heart!  George Strait's heart!  I'm glad I got to share it with my JudyBug!
Now all I listen to is George... he's the best!
