More Bahamas

Hi guys... it's our last day here! While I'm sad, I'm glad too because it means I'm closer to seeing yall! Miss my boys!

Thought the boys would like seeing a close up of the iguana... Trail for sure!

After we had lunch out at Saddleback Cay, we got to feed our leftovers to the sharks there! They like chicken legs the most. The crazy thing is we went swimming on the beach right around the corner. EHHH!

This is the straw market where Tami and went shopping. It's WILD! They come at you trying to sell you stuff talking 90 to nothing. The Bahamians have a slight British accent, but they all speak English. There are lots of British tourist as well and I am picking up their accent.... like "There's a bloody shark!" LOL

Today I think we're planning on relaxing at the resort and just swimming and laying around and resting! We fly out around noon tomorrow, but won't be back in Lubbock until late Thursday night. Talk to yall soon!

Island Tour

We went out 42 miles to some remote keys... It was beautiful! I can't even begin to describe it!

On this stop, we got to feed the iguanas. You just put a grape on the end of a stick and they'll come get it. The funniest thing is that they like polished toe nails because they think they're fruit... they take off running toward any woman with red toenails... so you have to keep your toes stuck in the sand or you might lose one!

Bahamas

Hi to my boys... Pake and Tate... we miss yall and hope that you're having lots of fun! We're having a great time here!

Bahamas Baby

We had a day yesterday! Whew but we're in the Bahamas finally! We had delays in DFW that made us miss our flight in Miami. So they split our group of 6 into 3s. The girls got on the first plane and arrived at 8. The guys arrived about 11 last night. I'm excited that I have internet now. So this will be a great way to communicate with everyone! We don't know about phone service yet, we're going to check that out today. Anyway, we're looking forward to exploring the island! To my boys, LOVE YALL, behave and have fun! To Judy and Tori... thank yalll soo much for keeping them! We'll be in touch :)

Picnic & the Frio

It was the BIG Tulia Picnic Celebration this weekend. We had a big day on Saturday: parade, golf, and the Ranch Rodeo. The boys rode their dirt bikes in the parade.

We went down to Concan, TX a couple weekends ago. The river was low and it was disappointing but it didn't stop us from having a blast.

We still rented tubes to hang out on the river. The water was so clear and pretty, so the boys bought goggles and a net. Funny how a pair of goggles that cost $3.99 and a net for $5.99 kept them entertained for hours.

We hope to go back when we can actually float the river.... The group we went with were lots of FUN!

July 4th

We enjoyed another great weekend at Lake MacKenzie.... The kids love playing in the water.... Emily George, Tate and Hunter, Bray Byrd, Drew Adams, Conchur Montague and Meghan Byrd.

I took the boys down to the crappie house to fish. We had fishing poles sticking out of my sun roof.

The Monster Green Machine

This is Kerry Don's biggest toy! He has been really busy spraying lately.

Rain is awesome... not griping one bit but the weeds are trying to get away from us. He loves this spray rig but it gets him up at 5 am most mornings.

We are having a great summer! BUT it's going WAY too fast! We're looking forward to going to the lake and celebrating the 4th of July. We hope Kerry Don can come out and rest too, but it's not looking like he's going to get caught up :( Happy 4th of July YALL!
